JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with developers / designers / user departments on digital projects.
• Conduct UAT on websites, mobile applications, and systems to ensure alignment with user requirement.
• Assist in business analysis and contribute to user experience improvement projects.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, evaluate new applications (Website Technology)

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or IT related disciplines.
• Around 2 – 4 years working experience, preferably IT / eMarketing related fields.
• Experience in Reporting / Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Google Analytics, or equivalent.
• Detail oriented with excellent time and quality management skills.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and IT
