JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Carry out site supervision and/or conduct design coordination
• Inspect, supervise and monitor the material and workmanship quality to ensure that it is up to contract requirements and Hong Kong legislations
• Liaise with consultants and contractors on site matters
• Prepare reports and keep records of works carried out
• Control and monitor the testing and commissioning activities
• Prepare defect list to contractors and monitor defects rectification progress and results

Requirements:

• Diploma / High Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
