JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales team and work together closely to achieve the region/area sales target；
• Lead key selling opportunities, negotiations, sales agreements to achieve regional sales targets according to plan；
• Collect marketing and sales information/document competitive intelligence and make the Monthly report；
• Identify relevant customers and potential new prospects in assigned area；
• Identify relevant market requirements for new product idea / development；
• Feedback to headquarter about the problem of Calibration and Laser Scale products on the market；
• To be a bridge between Local Service Center and Renishaw headquarter；
• New Products/Business launch and briefing. Make the sales strategy for specific market requirement；
• Work closely with applications engineers to ensure the quality of the technical support delivered to customers；
• Other tasks assigned by Country BD Manager, Calibration.

Requirements:

• Major in Mechanical and Automation or Metrology；
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience for technical products for laser products, metrology products, or related products of machine tool, automation products, motion control products；
• Priority to employ whom had experience on Laser & Ballbar plus to understand uncertainty analyses of calibration；
• Priority to employ whom had experience on NC and PC programing；
• Good team work and self-study；
• Good at Communications with costumers and supply technical service；
• Fluent in English on reading, writing, listening and speaking；
• May used to travel.
