JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for retail network development (store openings and closure, lease renewal, etc.) including shop location selection, business opportunities and potential evaluation, monitoring and negotiation；
• Negotiate leases and maintain long-term partnerships with landlords, agents, stakeholders；
• Manage leasing & tenancy administrations independently；
• Manage trade relationship with online market places including Taobao, Red, Tiktok, JD and the like；
• Assist business division head in developing effective wholesale distribution strategies including distribution coverage, trade relation & account management, inventory supply & control, etc；
• Explore new business opportunities online and offline, Monitor market trends, new malls and ecom platforms, competitors’ activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 4 years’ of relevant experience；
• Solid experience in tenancy management & negotiation in retail industry；
• Proactive, and with excellent communication and negotiation skills；
• Agile and dynamic, sensitive to market and strong analytical sense.
