JOB DESCRIPTION
Assistant Training Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training to pre-agents, new agents, and managers via classroom, virtual, and e-learning formats
- Design, review, and maintain training materials to ensure quality and effectiveness
- Coordinate with agency force and internal stakeholders on training execution and scheduling
- Track training outcomes, conduct follow-up, and analyze performance impact
- Support new initiatives and optimize resources to achieve maximum training output
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of training, coaching, or frontline sales-related experience
- Strong training mindset with hands-on experience in course design, delivery, and evaluation
- IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5 passed; insurance sales experience is an advantage
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
