JOB DESCRIPTION

Assistant Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured training to pre-agents, new agents, and managers via classroom, virtual, and e-learning formats
  • Design, review, and maintain training materials to ensure quality and effectiveness
  • Coordinate with agency force and internal stakeholders on training execution and scheduling
  • Track training outcomes, conduct follow-up, and analyze performance impact
  • Support new initiatives and optimize resources to achieve maximum training output

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of training, coaching, or frontline sales-related experience
  • Strong training mindset with hands-on experience in course design, delivery, and evaluation
  • IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5 passed; insurance sales experience is an advantage
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
