JOB DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities

• Supervise bank reconciliations, cash counts, and intercompany worksheets
• Prepare and maintain balance sheets
• Manage tooling accounts payable and verify payments
• Review vendor payments and ensure accurate expense accruals
• Handle advance payments, leasing documentation, and exchange rate calculations
• Ensure accuracy in internal Vendor Portal verification
• Handle ad hoc assignments assigned by superiors

About you

• Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Hands on experience with SAP, Epicor and Navision systems is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Independent, responsible with proactive work attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
