JOB DESCRIPTION

Assistant HR & Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate all administrative activities related to all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, termination and employee relations
  • To manage office administration activities related to office security, safety and relocation if any
  • To ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resources Management
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process and onboarding process
  • Manage the compensation program and assist the salary review process to the top management
  • Manage the monthly payroll on time and compile necessary management reports for top management’s review
  • Oversee, Manage and renew the employee benefit programs from time to time
  • Prepare annual staff cost budget and forecasting reports to top management and Global HQ
  • Oversee the staff cost budget and report to the top management regularly
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues
  • Manage the performance evaluation and development process
  • Handle the termination and exit administration process
  • Assist the Accountant and Auditor for seasonal audits
  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the top management

Requirements:

  • University graduate in HRM or equivalent discipline
  • At least 7 years of HR full spectrum experience
  • Strong HR concepts with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skill
  • Occasional travel to China (Shenzhen) is required
  • China experience with solid knowledge of China Labor Law is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
