JOB DESCRIPTION
Assistant HR & Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate all administrative activities related to all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, termination and employee relations
- To manage office administration activities related to office security, safety and relocation if any
- To ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resources Management
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process and onboarding process
- Manage the compensation program and assist the salary review process to the top management
- Manage the monthly payroll on time and compile necessary management reports for top management’s review
- Oversee, Manage and renew the employee benefit programs from time to time
- Prepare annual staff cost budget and forecasting reports to top management and Global HQ
- Oversee the staff cost budget and report to the top management regularly
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues
- Manage the performance evaluation and development process
- Handle the termination and exit administration process
- Assist the Accountant and Auditor for seasonal audits
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the top management
Requirements:
- University graduate in HRM or equivalent discipline
- At least 7 years of HR full spectrum experience
- Strong HR concepts with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skill
- Occasional travel to China (Shenzhen) is required
- China experience with solid knowledge of China Labor Law is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
