JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

• Participate in preparing financial information for announcements, annual and interim reports of listed company
• Monitor group consolidation, statutory reporting, tax filing and related matters
• Review overseas and PRC management accounts and reporting package of group companies
• Support group financial reporting and annual budget process
• Liaise with professional parties including auditors and valuers

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or above
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or auditing fields
• Experience in listed company is a must
• Processional qualification of HKICPA or ACCA is required
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, Hong Kong listing rules and Hong Kong and China tax regulations
• Good internal control and accounting attitude
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and presentation skill
• Good communication and business partnership skills
• Independent, proactive, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Fluent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and applications and financial modeling
