JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular market research and update top management with the latest market information
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations and portfolio management reports
• Identify investment target, perform due diligence, contract negotiation, financing strategic and post-investment management
• Post investment management, to provide advice to senior management team and make the best effort to contribute to the success of the investment
• Establish and maintain good relationships with partners and potential project parties;
• Complete information research and analysis such as macroeconomic information integration analysis, industry development information integration analysis, business data analysis, investment strategy integration analysis, etc.;
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor holder in Accounting, and a member of recognized professional qualification
• 3 – 5 years experience in corporate strategy, M&A, investment, and PE experience
• Good communication and coordination skills and ability to communicate to people in all levels
• Good command of English and Chinese
