JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• To support the technical people of the Customer in the development of a new project (or evolution of an existing one) that requires the use of fasteners.
• To organize, alone or in cooperation with a KAM, visits to customers.
• To submit proposals by drawing or sketches or case studies.
• To keep contacts between the customer and the internal organization in all the phases of samples production and delivery.
• To support the customer, together with the internal organization, to handle and solve quality problems that may rise during the normal deliveries of the parts.
• To support sales department in the feasibility analysis for RFQ activity. It is his main responsibility in case of YAF proposal drawing to customer and in case of Technical Review Meeting with customer.
• To promote cost saving activities (line walks, product improvements, technology changes.

Requirements:

• Base Requirements: Mechanical Bachelor/Master degree.
• Minimal 5 years mechanical technical application Engineer experience in automotive field.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Analytical, self-motivated.
• Persevere and Responsible.
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Management/supervision experience is an advantage.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
• Be suitable for often Business travel.
• Good English in speaking and writing.
