JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Support sales department in all technical questions；
• Work with HQ product manager, application team and business development supports Sales activities；
• Development of plant configurations according to customer requirements；
• Preparation/calculation of a customer-specific Cost of Ownership calculation；
• Customer communication and reporting；
• Preparation of internal and external documentation；
• Development and delivery of presentations for customers, conferences and trade fairs；
• Analysis and evaluation of asset performance；
• Optimization of components and processes in cooperation with product and technology development；
• Collaboration on the company & related co-company’s products’ roadmap；
• Market analysis and communication/presentation of results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, mechanical and electrical engineering, applied physics or chemistry are preferred；
• Extensive knowledge of inorganic and organic chemistry in the field of waste gas disposal；
• 3 years or above professional experience in process/equipment/mechanical design/field application roles with a technical support at semiconductor industry；
• Waste gas treatment/POU scrubber technical application experience is preferred；
• Experience in dealing with customers in the technical field；
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English；
• Goal-oriented, committed, quality and cost conscious work；
• Independent, conscientious way of working, ability to work in a team；
• Willingness to travel.
