JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyst Programmer / System Analyst (AML)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance and provide ongoing support for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) modules
- Integrate AML functionalities with core systems (policy admin, onboarding, payments, etc.)
- Assist in collecting, analysing and documenting business & compliance requirements
- Contribute to technical design and coding under senior guidance
- Perform unit testing; support SIT, UAT and defect resolution
- Create and update high-quality technical & functional documentation
- Work closely with business, compliance, IT and testing teams
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective fixes
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- 2-5 years’ relevant working experience in application analysis, application design, application development and implementation
- Experience in insurance industry would be an advantage
- Experience in JAVA, J2EE, Servlet and knowledge in framework (e.g. Spring/Struts/Hibernate)
- Experience in eBao system is a great advantage
- Experience in web-based/API-based/development with web (JSP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, JSON, jQuery)
- Knowledgeable in .NET(e.g. C#) and Crystal report is a plus
- Experience in Oracle, PL/SQL
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
