JOB DESCRIPTION
Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
- In charge of office renovation, office relocation and decoration projects
- Oversee office rental & maintenance
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors, in order to monitor the progress
- Be the contact point with external stakeholders, such as property management office, vendors, etc
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business
- At least 8 years’ relevant working experience with at least 3 years’ supervisory experience
- Mature, self-motivated, meticulous and well-organized
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines and willing to work overtime
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
