JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing Manager in maintaining robust relationships with existing partners and clients, while cultivating new connections
• Engage in regular communication with clients to understand and satisfy their requirements
• Present new products to clients and offer professional after-sales assistance to maximize customer loyalty
• Maintain sales records and data, analyze sales statistics, and explore new opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments (design, production, and logistics) to ensure smooth communication and successful execution of sales orders and various business development projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, sales, marketing, or a relevant discipline.
• 3 years working experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and perform well under pressure
• Experience in the education, toy industry or consumer product markets in Hong Kong, China, and international markets is a plus.
• Willingness to travel overseas and within China.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the education and toys industry.
