Gather system requirements from users and business owners, translating them into detailed requirements documentation and technical specification, ensuring that business rules are clearly defined, business needs are documented, and limitations or risks are understood
Assist in the creation, implementation and maintenance of a standardized requirements document and user manuals
Responsible for setting up and supervising Finance teams in Southeast Asia to oversee financial and management reporting, budget control, financial analysis, tax compliance and general accounting duties.
Ensure timely month-end closing, and communicate with Hong Kong Head Office to meet the deadline for the preparation of consolidated reports.
Working closely with the development team to build and deliver both front-end and back-end components in a structural approach
Provide workable solutions and options that balance the need to meet strategic goals whilst also delivering short-term benefits to meet business objectives
