JOB DESCRIPTION
Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for indirect material / Equipment /Chemicals/ Fixtures/ automation /spare parts / Facilities / service / IT sourcing, supplier assessments and price negotiation;
- Contract negotiation and management;
- New suppliers development and supplier management;
- Monitoring goods quality and follow up delivery;
- Improve the process of purchasing flow / system / operation and lead team to meet the requirement of internal customers; coach and strengthen the team;
- Set up the target of General Purchase Supply function and the budget preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Purchasing Management, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sourcing and purchasing in General Purchasing, including indirect materials, offices equipment, facility maintenance, production equipment and spare parts, IT and professional contract with 5 years of supervisory experience, preferable with process automation experience;
- Expert at negotiation skills with suppliers for terms/conditions/lead-time/cost down;
- Detailed mind, a good team player and can drive for result;
- Good command of written & spoken English and Putonghua;
- Work based in Shenzhen.
