Manage and expand relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups, excellent service, and account development.
Handle customer inquiries, understand their specific requirements, and propose appropriate material and product solutions (training on specific battery/tape products will be provided).
Act as a HR generalist and assist in Compensation and Benefits day-to-day operation, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, leave management, etc.
Arrange and coordinate recruitment interviews and related procedures.
Strategy & Planning: Develop IT strategies and budgets aligned with business goals; establish and maintain company-wide IT policies and procedures.
Project Leadership: Lead major IT projects, including system migrations and deployment of new retail technologies for both in-store and back-office operations.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) clients to drive AUM growth and meet business objectives.
Deliver tailored investment and wealth management solutions aligned with clients’ circumstances and risk appetite, leveraging a broad suite of products.
