JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Digital Commerce and Internet Payment Gateway solutions.
• Support client development and testing by setting up sandbox accounts, supplying technical documentation, sample code, and coding assistance.
• Guide clients through testing and pre-launch activities.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for production merchants.
• Manage communications and escalations with merchants and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or other related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of working experience in software development or a technical support role.
• Understanding of web technologies, including the HTTP protocol and TCP/IP.
• Experience with mobile operating systems, such as Android and iOS, is a strong plus.
• Experience with web technologies, development languages and environments, including 1 or more of the following: Node.js, Java JSP, Ruby, Python, VB, .Net, MySQL, SQL Server, PHP, ASP, Windows Servers, Unix/Linux, XML, SOAP, REST is a plus.
