JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Diploma or above in fields of Construction, Electronics, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of IT or AV project-related, technical support or on-site maintenance experience
• Proven experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, within the company and at all levels of clients
• IT / AV system knowledge and project management certifications would be an advantage (such as PMP, PRINCE2)

Requirements:

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Manage external resources and support teammates for the flawless execution of projects within agreed timescales and budget
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Develop and improve comprehensive project documentation to improve the consistency and efficiency of project delivery
• Assist the sales team and solution team to handle business opportunities
• Regular updates with management on upcoming projects, client news and development, business opportunities, and team members’ updates
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
