JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-process quality for new product introduction and manufacturing (metal stamping, plastic molding).
• Analyse production reports and conduct unscheduled inspections to identify and rectify quality issues.
• Drive quality standards through benchmarking, market reviews, and corrective improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on problem resolution and properly handle customer complaints.
• Perform risk management for potential quality problems in NPI/MP stages and manage ad hoc projects.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Science/Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in quality control and mechanical engineering.
• Proficient in quality tools and ISO systems; Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Stationed in Dongguan, with occasional travel to Thailand; more experienced candidates may be considered for the Assistant Manager role.
