JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across the APAC region.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and internal control framework to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making for senior stakeholders.
• Manage tax planning, compliance, and financial risks (currency, credit, operational) across APAC.
• Lead and mentor a regional finance team, streamline processes, and drive efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a professional qualification such as ACCA or HKICPA.
• Minimum 8 years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing financial operations across multiple countries within the APAC region.
• Experienced in manufacturing / trading industry is required.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to frequent travel to Southeast Asia regions.
