JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle client IT & government projects, liaise with clients and deliver infrastructure support to meet external SLA.
• Administer internal IT procurement, budget, vendor and asset management; supervise team’s in-house IT support.
• Revise SOPs and workflows with data analysis to lift operational efficiency.
• Handle audit & compliance, prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

• Proficient in server-side PM, troubleshooting, ITIL, incident management, ISO27001 & SOP formulation; Lotus Domino is a bonus.
• Strong leadership with prioritisation & problem-solving skills, capable of team management under tight deadlines.
• Prior SI/Vendor background preferred.
