JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Security Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Participate in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
- Simulate cyberattacks to test and validate security controls
- Review security alerts and identify potential or past breaches
- Work with defence teams to improve detection and response capabilities
- Document findings and provide remediation recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
- Over 1 year of IT security experience with some exposure to penetration testing and/or vulnerability assessment
- Familiar with attack techniques across network, application, and endpoint environments
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Linux/Windows system administration
- Candidates with CISA certification, or current titles such as Network Engineer, Network Security Engineer, or System Engineer, are welcome to apply
