Sales Executive

Job Description

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proven B2B sales or account management experience (experience in electronic components, manufacturing, trading, or general industrial materials is a plus).
  • Strong ability to handle and nurture customer relationships for existing accounts, building long-term trust.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Self-driven and capable of identifying challenges and acting independently.
  • Team-oriented, with a mindset focused on collective success and information sharing rather than just individual performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups, excellent service, and account development.
  • Handle customer inquiries, understand their specific requirements, and propose appropriate material and product solutions (training on specific battery/tape products will be provided).
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., engineering, quality, procurement) to support ongoing projects and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Share market feedback from clients and collaborate with team members to achieve team-wide account 仁划intention and growth targets.
