JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Manage SOP documentation under DMS
• Analyze business processes and identify efficiency improvements
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives
• Support RPA and automation implementation
• Collaborate with business and IT for system enhancement
• Handle UAT, documentation and training

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering or related fields
• 2–3 years’ experience in process improvement or business analysis
• Hands-on experience in SOP management
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma preferred
• Strong analytical mindset
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Willing to travel to PRC
