Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating with vendors and service providers.
- Implement and monitor administrative systems, procedures, and policies.
- Organize and oversee filing systems
- Design and implement SOP, operational workflow and system to support business growth
- Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Coordinate company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in office administration or management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
