JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end daily warehouse operations, including space allocation, workflow optimization, and team leadership.
• Serve as the compliance lead, ensuring all activities strictly adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP), ISO certifications, and relevant regulations (e.g., Medical Device requirements, Wholesale Dealer License support).
• Develop SOPs, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and achieve zero-defect quality.
• Act as the key logistics contact for clients and stakeholders, presenting performance results and managing process improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, or life science sectors.
• Must have strong, practical knowledge of GDP and ISO quality standards. Cold chain experience is a plus.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Analytical, self-motivated, and a strong team leader.
• Fluent in Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin.
• Ideal Candidate Profile:A candidate who is experienced in warehouse management from either a third-party logistics (3PL) company or an in-house logistics team within the pharmaceutical or medical industries.
