JOB DESCRIPTION

ob Responsibilities:

• Originate and evaluate real estate investment opportunities
• Work out financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence processes
• Drive the development and execution of asset management strategies to enhance portfolio performance in Hong Kong, the US and the UK and across the region in the future
• Prepare investment memos, performance reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Actively build and manage relationships with landlords, investors, consultants, and internal teams across functions
• Work closely with the team in delivering and executing asset management strategies, fund raising activities, portfolio expansion plans
• Contribute to acquisition, asset management and portfolio expansion initiatives

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or asset management
• Proven track record in deal execution and portfolio management
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Comfortable working in a lean setup with high autonomy and accountability
