JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Handling, investigation, assessment and settlement of Property & Liability claims
• Provide quality claim service to customers
• Ensure all claims are processed effectively according to the company policies
• Liaise with customers, vendors and third party claimant
• Organize customer meeting presentation and preparation of related materials.
• Provide support to the team for any ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with professional qualifications in insurance
• Min 2 years’ experience in General insurance claims particularly Property & Casualty lines
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word and Excel
