JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2C sales team to exceed performance expectations
- Monitor sales activities and pipelines daily, identifying and removing blockers in real-time
- Gather market intelligence during daily sales activities
- Test new sales approaches, explore new customer segments, and refine strategies while maintaining consistent target achievement
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and client service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Continuously coach team members to foster a culture of ownership and success
Requirements:
- At least 5 – 8 years of sales experience in Telecom, FMCG / B2C environment
- Excellent selling, interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving, and communication skills
- Good team player and can also work independently
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Aggressive, self-motivated, result-oriented and strong emphasis on team work
