JOB DESCRIPTION

Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Manage courier and mail services, office supplies, and meeting room arrangements
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of relevant front desk or administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner
  • Friendly, responsible, well-organized, and a good team player
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
