JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative products from ideation to production
• Create product designs through sketches, renderings, control drawings, material selection, and colour specifications
• Develop 2D and 3D presentation materials for internal and external meetings
• Work closely with Engineering, Production Team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related disciplines. Industrial Design preferred
• Min. 3 years of experience in product design, ideally within the toy or entertainment industry (Hard Toys)
• Strong sketching and drafting skills (both hand-drawn and digital)
• Creative, proactive, and highly attuned to aesthetics
• Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Hands-on experience with prototyping is an advantage
