JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical Support Engineer (Energy Solutions)
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales & post-sales support to the business team.
- Prepare product presentations & training for business partners & end-users.
- Handle product & technical enquiries from customers and provide on-site inspection services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering preferred) or above.
- At least 2 years of working experience in energy solutions, battery, or power supply-related industries.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
