IT Technical Support Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior technical team in the planning and execution of a system migration project.
- Provide first-line technical support for the e-commerce platform, troubleshooting issues reported by internal users.
- Learn and utilize company’s specific coding frameworks and scripts to make minor updates and fixes.
- Monitor migration tasks and report the status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- With 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or junior developer role.
- Eager to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
- Possess a basic understanding of programming principles (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, or a language like Python/Java).
- Good command of English (both writing and speaking).
