JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop payment products (e-commerce/Offline) and features based on feedback from internal and external customers.
• Analyze the competitive landscape in payments and related industries to define product strategies and deliver effective features in APAC.
• Collaborate with the International Product team to bring best-in-class solutions to market and export them globally.
• Lead feature design workshops, manage go-to-market approach, and oversee product change processes to ensure team alignment and support for product updates.
• Work with finance, sales, and marketing teams to set pricing strategies, drive commercial outcomes, and monitor product performance to optimize the roadmap.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager covering full product design, development, and lifecycle management; experience in payments, banking, FinTech, or eCommerce is preferred.
• Passionate about delivering great customer experiences and bringing scalable products to life.
• Growth mindset with the ability to continuously improve products and user experiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to integrate diverse perspectives and prioritize solutions for maximum value.
• Familiarity with APAC payments market requirements and agile environments; project management experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
