JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Distributor Management:
  • Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their capabilities.
• Sales & Business Growth:
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution reach.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and trade terms.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and marketing teams to optimize product availability and promotions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in distributor management, sales, or key account management, preferably in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets (experience in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam is a plus).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
