JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Manager (Logistics)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Lead complex logistics projects, designing tailored supply chain solutions that meet client needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industries such as F&B, pharmaceuticals, and retail.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive pipeline management and strategic negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in logistics or supply chain solutions.
- Proven track record in managing large accounts and project-based sales.
- Strong ability to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
- Familiar with cold chain and contract logistics are preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
