JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service (inbound call)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus but not necessary.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Native in Cantonese, good command of English speaking.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome.
