JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service (inbound call)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or equivalent.
- Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus but not necessary.
- Strong communication skills.
- Native in Cantonese, good command of English speaking.
- Fresh graduate is welcome.
