JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Understand project goals and scope and manage all phases from intake to closure.
• Work with business units to document and approve requirements, preventing scope creep.
• Monitor developments with technology teams and maintain project schedules based on priorities.
• Update stakeholders on project status and issues.
• Forecast and track schedules and budgets while managing scope.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality standards and secure necessary phase approvals.
• Serve as a project management resource for the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing large projects across departments or countries.
• Preferred experience in credit card, banking, mobile payments (e.g., WeChat Pay, Alipay) or fintech industries.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Goal-oriented and action-focused with strong project planning and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
