JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Gather the requirement of clients and know their pain points
• Analyst the market and competitors’ activities and provide suggestions to internal sales and product development team
• Provide pres-ales and post-sales support

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• At least 1 year of experience in IT industry
• Experience of general IT support, project coordination or coding background are also welcome
• Good command of English
• Good interpersonal skill and a fast learner
