JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Providing underwriting and quotation services to registered local agents and brokers in property and casualty classes
• Develop good relationships with intermediaries to facilitate the development of new and renewed business
• Understand the business environment and customer needs through regular visits to intermediaries
• Providing routine support to the business team, including the preparation of reports and data analysis
• Other ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the General Insurance industry
• Sound knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products
• Good speaking and writing in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and familiarity with the AS400 system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
