JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Manager (Team Management)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an inbound sales team to achieve daily sales and conversion targets.
  • Oversee call operations, ensuring efficient workflows and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coach team members to improve pitching, objection handling, and closing performance.
  • Leverage AI and call analytics to enhance sales quality and productivity.
  • Drive a results-oriented culture focused on sales growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, with at least 5 years of sales management experience — preferably managing inbound sales teams.
  • Background in telecom or logistics industries is highly welcomed.
  • Strong coaching and team-leadership capabilities with proven results in improving conversion and performance.
  • Results-driven, accountable, and able to balance daily execution with long-term sales growth.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus, and proficiency in CRM and MS/Google Office is required.
