Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships, focusing on renewals and upselling.
- Plan and execute initiatives to grow revenue and improve client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Conduct business reviews and negotiations to strengthen client loyalty.
- Monitor client performance and suggest improvements for continuous growth.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years sales/account management experience.
- Experience in financial or tech sectors preferred.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional, client-facing, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM, Excel, and data analysis tools.
