JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of production operators
• Ensure safe use of production equipment and proper chemical handling procedures by operators
• Ensure the quality of work produced by on-site controlled processes
• Assist in streamlining production processes and meeting shopfloor KPIs
• Follow up on ISO9001 and ISO14001 documentation, records, and procedure updates
• Participate in various development projects
• Coordinate, cooperate, and provide backup for production scheduling in the SAP system
• Update and conduct risk assessments for corresponding areas

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in production management
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
