JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new display products (e.g., TFT-LCD modules, flexible OLEDs, and in-cell touch solutions) from concept to production, using tools like CAD, AutoCAD, and CAM software.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to align product designs with industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and ensure scalability for high-volume manufacturing.
• Perform prototyping, testing, and validation of products, including failure analysis and iterative improvements to enhance functionality, usability, and durability.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, from initial ideation and design reviews to launch, maintenance, and post-production support.
• Document designs, processes, and specifications while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Support project management by tracking timelines, budgets, and milestones to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years in product engineering, preferably in display technology, electronics manufacturing, or automotive components; entry-level candidates with strong internships will be considered.
• Proficiency in CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), simulation tools, and product lifecycle management (PLM) software; knowledge of LCD/OLED technologies, materials science, and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration; project management experience with agile methodologies.
• Passion for innovation in IoT and consumer electronic displays; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment; English proficiency required (Mandarin or other languages advantageous).
