JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service Officer (Insurance, non-sales role)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ enquiries from inbound calls and emails.
  • Explain the products and services to customers upon request.
  • Provide support to teammates (e.g. re-marketing and quotations for new and renewal business).
  • Handle enquiries from clients/insurers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma graduate or professional qualification in General Insurance.
  • Passed in IIQE paper 1, 3 and 5, or ANZIIF is highly preferable.
  • With customer service experience in an insurance company is a strong plus.
  • Native in Cantonese. Good command of English and Mandarin.
