JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business expansion strategies for forex and precious metals trading in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia market.
• Focus on acquiring brokers and high-net-worth clients.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and client needs regularly.
• Prepare and submit business reports and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of business development, sales, or partnership management experience must include direct engagement with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), financial institutions (FI), or family offices.
• Experience in forex, securities, futures, precious metals, payments, or fintech preferred.
• Background in e-commerce, cross-border trade, tech sales, or gaming is also welcome.
• Southeast Asia market experience or local network is a plus.
• Able to work independently and undertake frequent business travel.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
