JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and tax regulations.
• Manage cash flow, perform reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle ad hoc project as requested.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or above in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in trading or small business environments.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong tax laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, English is a plus.
