JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to existing merchants for upselling and risk measurement.
• Explore and understand clients’ needs to cultivate leads.
• Coach customers on maximizing the use of our services.
• Stay updated on necessary knowledge and skills proactively.
• Collaborate with the team to execute sales strategies and handle ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder with 1 year of experience in sales and service support.
• Experience in key account management and contract renewal is a plus but not required.
• Customer-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Putonghua is a plus; skilled in Microsoft Excel.
