Sales Manager (Account Management)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships, focusing on renewals and upselling.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to grow revenue and improve client experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Conduct business reviews and negotiations to strengthen client loyalty.
  • Monitor client performance and suggest improvements for continuous growth.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years sales/account management experience.
  • Experience in financial or tech sectors preferred.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional, client-facing, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM, Excel, and data analysis tools.
